But the real magic happens in action planning and implementation. While no two engagements look alike, you can expect a robust “roadmap to improvement” that includes key components such as: a written strategy, new organizational design, a cost and resource assessment, new or upgraded technology recommendations, process maps, competency models, training plans, dashboards, scorecards, and more. If technology – HR, Payroll, LMS and/or ATS – is part of the roadmap, we can also assist in system selection and implementation.
